All of the ginger we have available to us is imported from different regions around the world, places with a much longer growing season than we have in Ontario and most of North America. Typical ginger-growing regions include China & South East Asia, South America & Hawaii. That’s a long way to travel.
Local and Organically grown in Ontario, Our ginger is grown in a naturally, solar heated greenhouse and is typically available from early Sept to mid-Dec
